About Pragmaco

Who I Am

I’m Pragma, an SEO consultant and solopreneur who’s been navigating the digital marketing landscape since the late 1990s. With over 25 years of hands-on experience, I’ve witnessed the evolution of search engines, marketing tools, and business software from the ground up.

Based in Europe and operating through my Estonian OÜ company structure, I work with businesses to improve their online visibility and marketing efficiency. This site, pragmaco.net (short for “pragmatic company”), reflects my approach to business tools: practical, honest, and results-focused.

What This Site Is About

Pragmaco is a working consultant’s perspective on SEO, marketing automation, and business software tools. This isn’t a professional review site with a testing team. It’s one experienced professional sharing what actually works, what doesn’t, and what’s worth your money.

I write about tools in three ways, and I’m always transparent about which approach I’m using:

Research-Based Reviews (70% of content)

When I haven’t used a tool extensively, I tell you upfront. These reviews are based on analyzing hundreds of user reviews from G2, Reddit, and Trustpilot, combined with official documentation and competitor comparisons. I bring my 25 years of experience to interpret what the data really means for your business.

Brief Testing Reviews (20% of content)

Sometimes I test a tool for days or weeks because a client asked about it or I’m considering it myself. I share my first impressions and what I discovered during testing, supplemented with research on what long-term users experience.

Deep Experience Reviews (10% of content)

These are tools I actually use regularly in my consulting work. I share real-world insights, frustrations, and whether I’d pay for them again. These reviews come from genuine, ongoing use.

Why Trust My Perspective?

25+ years means I’ve seen it all. I’ve watched countless “revolutionary” tools come and go. I know which features actually matter and which are just marketing fluff. I understand the questions to ask and the red flags to watch for.

I’m a practitioner, not a professional reviewer. I use these tools in real client work. When I recommend something, it’s because I believe it solves real business problems, not because it has the highest commission rate.

I’m transparent about my experience level. Every article clearly states whether it’s based on deep experience, brief testing, or research. Your trust matters more to me than affiliate commissions.

My Approach

Pragmatic. I focus on what works in practice, not what looks good in demos.

Skeptical. After 25 years, I’ve learned to question marketing claims and look at what users actually experience.

Honest. I include both pros and cons. No tool is perfect, and I won’t pretend otherwise.

Transparent. I disclose affiliate relationships and always mention alternatives, even when I don’t earn a commission.

Affiliate Disclosure

Some links on this site are affiliate links, meaning I earn a small commission if you purchase through them at no extra cost to you. I also recommend non-affiliate alternatives when they’re better options. My goal is to provide honest, useful information first and earn affiliate income second.

Full details are available on my Affiliate Disclosure page.
